Zucchini and Almond Pesto Aminopasta
A fresh and light dish, rich in proteins and healthy fats, also perfect as a pre-workout lunch.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of Protein AminoPasta
- 2 small courgettes
- 50 g of peeled almonds
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Blend the courgettes with the almonds, oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Season the pasta with the pesto and serve with a drizzle of raw olive oil.
