Zucchini and Almond Pesto Aminopasta

A fresh and light dish, rich in proteins and healthy fats, also perfect as a pre-workout lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of Protein AminoPasta
  • 2 small courgettes
  • 50 g of peeled almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Blend the courgettes with the almonds, oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  3. Season the pasta with the pesto and serve with a drizzle of raw olive oil.

Nutritional Value: Protein from almonds and pasta, healthy fats from olive oil and almonds, fiber and vitamins from zucchini.
